Withdrawal from the contract/return of goods

Goods purchased on the e-shop www.odlito.cz can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

Returns are free of charge. Before sending the goods back, please follow the steps below:

 

Procedure for Returning Goods

1/ Fill out the withdrawal/return form:

2/ Take photos of the product (from both sides) and send them to us by email: info@odlito.cz

3/ Attach a copy of the proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).

4/ Send the package via Zásilkovna (Packeta):

• Go to the nearest Zásilkovna (Packeta) drop-off point    /  

• Provide our return code: 95596082

• The staff will print the label and attach it to the parcel

• Postage is covered by us – returns are completely free of charge

Conditions for Accepting Returned Goods

• Goods must be undamaged, complete, clean, and in their original condition

• Goods must show no signs of use

• Ideally, return in the original packaging

 

Refunds

• We will refund your money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned parcel

• The refund will be sent to the bank account specified in the form

 

Complaints (Claims)

Complaints are handled in the same way – send us the form, a description of the defect, and a photo by email at info@odlito.cz. If the issue concerns transport damage or a manufacturing defect, we handle the complaint individually and as quickly as possible.
