Withdrawal from the contract/return of goods
Returns or Exchanges – Quick and Easy
You can conveniently return items purchased on our e-shop through the Zásilkovna (Packeta) Return Portal. Please note: The Zásilkovna Return Portal currently works only for returns from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For returns from abroad, please contact us at: info@odlito.cz.
How to proceed
1. Open the page: https://returns.packeta.com
2. Enter your parcel number (it starts with the letter Z).
3. The portal will automatically generate a return code or return label for you.
4. Take the parcel to the drop-off location indicated on the label.
Conditions for accepting returned goods

The item must be undamaged, complete, clean, and in its original condition.

The item must show no signs of use.

Ideally, return it in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned parcel arrives and is checked, we will immediately refund your payment using the same method you used when placing the order.
If your order was paid by cash on delivery (COD)
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, please send your bank account number (IBAN) to: info@odlito.cz, so we can process the refund.
Please include your order number in the email to help us match your return quickly.
Claims / Complaints
If you need to file a claim, please send us a description of the issue and photos to info@odlito.cz.
If the item was damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, we will handle the claim individually and as quickly as possible.
