How are your products made?

By hand - Each product is the result of meticulous, manual labor, with no mass production on a treadmill. All of our products are created with love and care, in the Czech Republic. We focus on quality, detail and uniqueness of each piece. Each product is created with passion and enthusiasm to meet high standards of not only appearance but also functionality.

 

What if I spill something on a concrete product? Will it get ruined?

All of our products are impregnated so they repel liquids and do not absorb. So any damp cloth will do to remove the effects of a spill.

 

What if the joy hidden in the concrete falls to the ground? Will it break?

Unfortunately, yes. Our concrete accessories are stronger than glass, but they can crack if they fall on a hard floor. We therefore recommend handling them with care and sensitivity.

 

Can I wash concrete utensils in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend washing in a dishwasher. For long-lasting beauty and durability, gentle cleaning with a damp cloth is best. With this care, your concrete pieces will retain their unique look!

 

Are the products also intended for outdoor use?

Sure. Concrete is a highly durable material that can handle any weather - rain, wind or sun. So you can safely use our products outdoors too!

 

Is the Odlito clock too noisy?

It isn't. All our clock movements run in silent mode, so they don't disturb and you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. No ticking, no worries!

 

Why do we ship the large Moon Crater and Pie clocks (50 cm) disassembled?

Because of transport. If we shipped the clocks fully assembled, there would be a high risk of damage during shipping – most often the hands could break or the mechanism could get damaged. And we want your clock to arrive in perfect condition. That’s why we pack them disassembled. But don’t worry – assembling the clock is no rocket science, anyone can do it. Does the product look the same to me as the picture?

Every piece is original. The concrete has its own unique character and gradually acquires its own patina. Therefore, you can be sure that your product will be unique and will be unmatched by anyone else.

 

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We usually dispatch goods within 1–3 business days after receiving your order or payment (for bank transfers).

Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose:

  • Zásilkovna/Packeta (pickup point/box): usually within 2 business days after dispatch

  • Zásilkovna/Packeta (to address): usually 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • DPD and PPL (pickup point/box): usually within 2 business days after dispatch

  • DPD and PPL (to address): usually 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Balíkovna: according to the standard delivery times of Česká pošta

👉 Free shipping applies when delivered via Zásilkovna/Packeta – either to a pickup box or directly to your address. For other carriers (DPD, PPL, Balíkovna), shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exact delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s workload. You will always be informed by e-mail once your package has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order immediately after it has been sent. Just send a cancellation request to info@odlito.cz or contact us by phone at +420 774 74 54 54. If payment has already been made, we will refund your money back to your account.

 

What if I want to return the product?

What if I want to exchange the product?

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us by email at info@odlito.cz or by phone at +420 774 74 54 54.

 

What if I want to claim the goods?

If the goods you have received from us happen to be faulty, non-functional or damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible with a description of the faults and photographs to info@odlito.cz. The complaint must contain a specific description of the problems found and their manifestations. The time limit runs from the time the claim is made. The day after you file the claim is the first day of the 30-day period. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the period will end on the next business day. Please take care to treat it properly and gently, the warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or mishandling.
